[Candidature] 2023 AOT RETAIL LUXE & PREMIUM

La société Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur lance un appel public à concurrence visant à l’attribution d’autorisations d’occupation temporaire du domaine public aéronautique pour une durée de 7 à 8 ans, pour l’exploitation d’activité de vente :
o Monomarque et/ou multimarques / concept store o Prêt-à-porter Homme/Femme/Enfant et/ou accessoires (lunetterie, maroquinerie, petite bagagerie, foulards, horlogerie/bijouterie/joaillerie, bonneterie, maillots de bain, chaussures, …),
beauté, décoration, high tech, épicerie fine, seconde main, souvenirs, jouets, art et culture…
o appartenant exclusivement au segment « Luxe » pour les emplacements dédiés au LUXE et à minima « Premium » pour les autres emplacements indiqués PREMIUM.
Les surfaces d’exploitation sont réparties sur les Terminaux 1 - 2 de l’Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur en 15
lots. Chaque cellule = 1 lot

Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur (hereinafter referred to as “ACA”) has issued an open call for tender to assign temporary authorisation to occupy public airport space for a duration of 7 to 8 years.
This authorization will allow retail operations of the following product categories:
o Monobrand and/or multi-brand / concept store
o Men's/Women's/Children's ready-to-wear and/or accessories (eyewear, leather goods, small luggage, scarves, watches / jewelry, hosiery, swimwear, shoes,…) beauty, decoration, high tech, delicatessen, second hand, souvenirs, toys, works of art, culture etc.)
o exclusively from the “Luxury” segment for locations dedicated to LUXURY and at least “Premium” for other locations indicated PREMIUM.
The operational surface areas are divided between Terminals 1 and 2 of Nice Côte d’Azur Airport in 15 lots. Each unit = 1 lot.
